This new project in Windsor will be ongoing over the next two years or so. The owner purchased the property recently as a blank canvas with nothing more than a small cottage, with the view to create a premier horse training facility.
Earthscape has been contracted to project manage and build the entire project.
Earthscape first sat down with the client and together drafted up an entire property layout and plan.
Our first project has been to build two new enclosed shelters and foaling yards, coming up later in the year we will be building a large mare paddock and a brand new state of the art riding arena. Next year will see Earthscape design and build a new stable block, round yard, day paddock and an entire new property entrance and driveway.
